best watercooling with led?

Hello, i have a 120 euro budged for a watercooling and the nzxt x61 is too expensive its 135 euro and no i wont go just 15 euro higher because my parts are already 10 euro over my budged.

What is a good looking and really good watercooler with a led light thing wich i can make red?

Corsair H100i V2 is around €120~, has a RGB color LED and you can (optionally) buy a seperate red covers to replace the grey cover plates on the pump and radiator.
