Logitech Attack 3 Joystics

Hey, I have 2 logitech attack 3 joysticks, a have one mapped for WASD, which is fine, but the other is mapped for the mouse, and is works with velocity, not a fixed amount, I want it to move my mouse only X amount of inches when I move the joystick to the right, not keep going, I am currently using Xpadder. Any suggestions?
