Modem/Router Question

So I found this modem router combo on Amazon. If I hook this up to a unmanaged switch will it be able to do all the routing and up address assigning? Also could it handle HD video and games? This is just until I get the UBNT router bought and installed in the rack.

Im gonna be honest. Crap like that are shit. If you want best experince for modem/router your gonna wanna go with something thats Motorola/Arris

That wont even work unless you have a DSL connection. If you have a coaxial, or cable modem internet, that is not compatible.
