So i cancelled the reset and rebooted my pc. Then i just Kept restarting before i Got to my desktop or the BIOS, and then i googled it and tried some stuff, like taking my ram out and try one sepperatly, and then the bios came up, But i didn't go into it, because i dont know Much about it. But then later, when i rebooted my pc, nothing came up om the screen. All Black, But the monitor does Work... Please help!

did the pc work before attempting the reset? odds are, the windows install was corrupted. I would create a usb installation drive, boot into it, try resetting from the installation media.

To make a USB bootable drive, get a usb stick of at least 4gb in size.

download the tool from here and run that tool. it will install windows 10 installer files on the drive and make it bootable. plug in the drive, and restart the computer. while POSTing, the computer will display two hotkeys, one to enter bios, one to enter boot menu. click the one to enter boot menu. select the usb drive from the boot menu. once in the drive, click repair this pc, then click reset.

The bios showing up and windows not booting is two different things

Your boot screen (the first screen to show after hitting the power button) normally has an ASUS or msi logo or whoever made your pc in the middle, does not show if your PC fails to post

Failure to post is normally due to these few things
Loose or broken ram (remove and reinsert them)

Loose or broken Power supply, (go around unplugging and replugging all the cables connected to it)
lastly the CPU but that doesnt come loose and they dont just randomly break so better not to touch it
Oh and the GPU, that can prevent boot too, are you using a card or integrated gpu?

Edit; Once you can get that first screen to show then you should move to getting windows to install, otherwise you might not know what is causing any problems the motherboard bios or windows
