install media not working

So i was trying to install windows 10 to my new ssd.

i cant. the install media used to work but it does not work anymore.

so i did put the usb stick as the first thing in bios but it still boots to windows...

then i unplugged everything expect the usb stick and the ssd, no install media found.

then i re dowloaded the install media and tryed again, nothing.

i can open the stick and the ssd works, and the files are in.

*if something is writen wrong just correct me and ill fix it, english is not my main language, chill*

Do you know how to reformat and recreate USB install media?
Also boot into your bios and make sure boot from usb is before everything else
if your bios has a "BOOT MENU" then use it, if it does it will probably show at the bottom of the first screen that shows when you power on your PC

just a quick test, unplug every single hard drive, and put the usb install media in, does it load?

Also have you tried opening the install media on a working pc, copying all files on it into somewhere else, reformat the partiton (DO NOT DELETE the partiton) to fat32 instead of NTFS and copy the files back.
I have only had to do that fat32 thing on laptops before

Also what install media program did you use, I recommend rufus and make sure you are using the right ISO x64 or x86

Sorry to be annoying, you said you tried the SSD and usb but not just the usb alone.
The main differance is that the ssd you have could have an empty bootloader which your computer may be trying to boot from and failing.

try swapping the sata port that your SSD is connected to also
