Full screen problem (2screens)

Hey guys 'n girls!

 

I have this annoying problem since I've got 2 screens. Certain games won't go full screen, even if they are set to full screen and even if I click 'ALT-ENTER'.
I really have no idea why this occurs but I've searched allot about it already but with no results... 
Do you guys have any idea?

Do you mean it stays in windowed mode or do you get black bars?
