so my gpu has been acting up lately. It has gotten stuck at 50 Mhz on MSI Afterburner. i have uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers 3 times, and it seems to get better but after a a 1-2 hour game session, it goes back to 50 Mhz (From 810 MHz) and i get MASSIVE frame drops. even on lowest settings (in CS:GO) i cant get a solid 20 fps. It kept happening after every driver reinstall after 1-2 hours. GPU is GT 730. Any suggestions? All help is appreciated!

Thanks

my dad gave it to me from his old rig. we are on a tight budget so i couldnt buy a new gpu for my build (going to upgrade to 1060 though). It is getting as much power as Afterburner allows it. 1080 Mv or 1.08 Volts

maybe not enough power from the mobo. Your cpu overclock could cause that
