Windows Defender is Acting up.

On my PC (Windows 10) Windows Defender says that my PC is being monitored and I'm safe, but in the bottom right corner (where the time is and wifi and that stuff, i don't know the name) when i click the arrow, The Windows Defender icon says i am at risk, My PC is performing normally, but I'm not sure if i have a virus or not, is this a bug, and how do i fix it? I have done 2 Full scans and the app says I'm fine, but not the little icon thing.

There was a big update a day ago or so,

alot of windows defender got upgraded apparently or something could be that it got installed wrong

nah. doing a full scan could also make it go away, so that both separate application parts reference the new test
