Hi guys,

Next weekend I plan on modding my H440. I'll be doing a couple things, the main one will be switching out the crappy acrylic windows with a nice clear piece of toughened glass, my question about this is how would I best secure it? I was thinking about using a dremel to remove the small metal lip on the inside of the panel and then using a very strong glue to fix it on?

The other thing I'm looking to do is replace the Thumb screws with white ones. The issue is that I don't know the thread size (or how to find out) and I can't seem to buy them in the UK without paying £20 shipping for a £5 item

For securing the glass you can use a double sided mounting tape like 3M exterior tape as mentioned, or to have it so there is no gap between the metal side panel and glass from the thickness of the tape you can use silicone to adhere it in place.
