Currently i have gtx 750ti, but i've ordered for msi gtx 1060 gaming

I'm using it for gaming, my system spec:

Motherboard : msi B75A-G43 gaming (thinking of replacing this with msi z170a-pro if i'm buying the i5)

GPU : gtx 750ti (upgrading it to gtx 1060)

RAM : 2x4Gb kingston hyperx fury

PSU : corsair cs550m

In that case, use the money to upgrade to a Gtx 1070 rather than getting a 1060. That's a better upgrade. If you don't have an SSD, invest into that as well. And peripherals, quite possibly.

I've been thinking, is it a good idea to replace my core i7 3770 with a core i5 6600k that i'm planning to overclock? Or do you guys have other suggestion? AMD or intel cpu is fine

Full system specs please. Also, what's the PC going to be used for?

your 3770 is more than capable for gaming
and it wouldnt be a budget upgrade since you would have to change the motherboard, and ram....
edit* and an aftermarket cooler
