3 beeps?

I just built my new PC and its great, except, I havent been able to get it to show up on the monitor, so naturally, I plugged the speaker in and I start hearing three beeps, why is this, how can I fix this..? I have already reseated the graphics card, and the memory in every way imaginable.

My parts are

Cpu: Intel i5 6500

Mobo: ASRock H110M-ITX/Ac

GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 480 8gb

SSD: Intel SSD 540s 240gb

RAM: Crucial 8 GB (2 x 4gb)

PSU: EVGA 500w 80 plus

Case: Cooler Master Elite 130

Usually its a RAM issue. Try taking it out and trying single stick in all slots.

I did, but it gave me three beeps, even without anything in the slots

Then you either have 2 bad sticks, or a bad board. Do you have any other ram you can borrow to test with? Or test your RAM in another system?

Make sure the RAM is seated properly and in the correct channels.
