Old server gaming PC

This is my situation. I have old Q6600 PC that is dead and I have like max.600€ for PC hardware. I was thinking about doing what Linus did with old server gear from eBay in video last year.I was thinking about GTX 1060 6GB (270€),240GB SSD(62€),1TB HDD(50€),PSU(50€) and I don't know what old server parts to get like CPU,RAM,Mobo. I wouldn't want huge bottleneck on GTX1060 ideally with no bottleneck(but I don't know if that is possible) I was thinking you guys can maybe help me?

if you are comfortable buy a Xeon e5450 and do the LGA 775 to 771 Xeon mod on your mainboard thats where its at for used builds
