Windows Aniversery Update 1607

So the new windows Aniversery Update has been trying to install every other night. I'll wake up with my computer automatically restarting because of the update. I've tried disabling automatic restarts and I've tried all the diagnostic options to try to fix the update. For some reason under "installed updates" it says that 1607 has been installed and yet it keeps getting downloaded. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no success. This is really annoying, does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
