Sounds like your pump is dead then on your AIO.

naw, you wouldnt get that fast and huge of a spike if you had a bad thermal paste issue. Can almost 100% guarantee it to be your pump.

Yea that is 100% a classic dead pump issue... 

 

If the pump was working you could literally be running for minutes without the fans and not hit those temps. Same with bad thermal paste.

so my pump is not supposed to be hot?

is there a way to spot that the pump is dead? And what do you guys recommend me to do?

Your pump is moving zero water. If it were moving water, you would not have your temps spike that fast that quickly.

Send it in for an RMA, its all you can do since you said its only 1 month old. Put an old stock cooler or something on there to be able to run the machine, but make sure to take off any OC you have.

replace it, either send it back under warranty or buy a new one if its not.  Of course first you need to make sure that this is the issue, i'd make 100% certain that its mounted properly.

i don't think that the mount is the problem because it worked great until today when i tried to start it and it immediately started to heat up
