Best PC specs For live streaming

i want to stream on twitch my xbox one and playstation 4 games live at 720p or 1080p 60fps maybe not depend of my pc specs wich are intel core i5 4440 3.1 Ghz 8 GB and graphic i think is intel 4440 with those specs what i can i upgrade to make it beast pc for streaming what will you upgrade ?

Buy a 750Ti at least for streaming, RN they are about $90. Don't forget to choose HVENC for encoding in your settings, that will benefit the stream A LOT. Hope this helps!

and also i dont think i need graphic card for live strreaming on console maybe if i want to stream pc games

Your build has same CPU anf ram but mine is 9x cheaper with 2x the storage.

What I showed you is the best damn specs you'll ever get for $1000, and you can change the parts yourself, there are many tutorials on how to install specs.

Buy the PC, you don't need to install them with those kind of specs. The reason it's so cheap is because it takes 3 weeks to ship. That's ok, it's much worth it!! Take care!!
