Will I need an adapter?

Go to solution Solved by TEDWARDS,

No you wont need that adapter, the PSU comes with two 6+2 PCI-E cables (Highlighted it in red for you) it's self.

Connectors: 1 x 4+4pin CPU +12V
3 x 4pin Molex
2 x 6+2pin PCI-E Power
1 x FDD Power
6 x SATA Power

I just pasted that from scan.co.uk link :D

Hi

I'm not sure where to post this. I guess it should in the PSU section but it is related to GPUs as well.

I have a question to ask. Basically someone said that I would need an adapter http://www.amazon.co.uk/Akasa-AK-CB4-6-cable-adapter/dp/B00118EWLS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1379266950&sr=8-3&keywords=molex+to+6+pin

if I chose this PSU EVGA 600W ATX12V / EPS12V -

Anyway I decided to change my PSU to this - http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/ocz-power-supply-oczzt650w

Will I still need to buy that adapter or what?

And BTW my GPU is a 7950 (planned build gonna buy later today).

Thanks guys.
