Is a GT 710/ R5 220 or a cheaper card good enough to handle some lite photoshop work?  Any budget gpu reccomendations around $50 or less? One that's in stock in a store or has same day delivery. Asking for a friend...

Thanks,

TidaLWaveZ

You would most likely be better off using the igpu of the cpu if it has one, they would meet the minimum requirements for photoshop though.

An igpu from ivy bridge on or amd a series would be better. Pretty sure a Sandy bridge igpu would out perform them too. Seriously those gpus are crap. I wouldn't be surprised if that 710's gpu is just a 9400gt from over a decade ago.

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB
