I have a few more questions on building a new PC today.

Here is the parts list:

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mach1039/saved/L2JzK8

Is this a good build or no?

My primary use for this will be editing/live streaming/gaming.

If you could make it any better for under 1400 bucks, please do!

Also, how far could I overclock that 5802K with a 212X (Non Turbo)? (Please answer how many GHz clock it could be at.)

Thanks!

Yes it is however maybe get a secondary HDD for video storage for editing, possible reduce motherboard budget for the money.

I think most Haswell -E chips can reach ~3.8-4Ghz on air, however rather keep the voltage low for reduced temperatures

Oh right, forgot to say this, but I will be getting an extra HDD later on.

The overclock depends more on how good the specific CPU is, and the voltage used. Some 5820ks will oc really far on a 212X, others will need a lot more voltage, which means more heat.

Main Gaming Rig:

Spoiler

Core i7-4770, Cryorig M9i Cooler, ASUS B85M GAMER, 8GB HyperX Fury Red 2x4GB 1866MHz, KFA2 GTX 970 Infin8 Black Edition "4GB", 1TB Seagate SSHD, 256GB Crucial m4 SSD, 60GB Corsair SSD for Kerbal and game servers, Thermaltake Core V21 Case, EVGA SuperNOVA 650W G2.

Secondary PC:

Spoiler

i5-2500k OCed, Raijintek Themis, Intel Z77GA-70K, 8GB HyperX Genesis in grey, GTX 750 Ti, Gamemax Falcon case.

BTW only reason I was asking about OC is because I saw Kyle on Awesomesauce Network's 5960X OC'ed to 4.4 GHz on a 212X o.O
