If I wanted to overclock an AMD FX-8350 Processor, which CPU cooler should I get?

I have my eyes on Corsair Hydro Series H80i CPU Cooler, but the FX-8350 can only go up to 4.20GHz (from 4.00GHz)

So I think the H80i would be unnesserary, so should I get a Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler instead?

I would buy a Cooler Master Seidon 240M. Better than an H100i and cheaper.
