Case Fans

I recently bought a case for my first build and the case Fans that came with have 3 pin and molex connectors but, they also have leds in them. Do I have to use the 3 pin and the molex to power both or is molex for the led and the 3 pin for the fan??? Please help.

Usually you can choose what connector you want to use.

They do this because some (or rather most) people hate molex, but also some low-end mobos don't have many fan connectors.

So both should work fine for you, just use the one that makes less work

the 3 pin should be able to power the fan and the LED, try it.
