Undeletable file

You wont believe what happened to me today. I've gotten a file from a friend of mine on a usb stick. So I go to plug it in and transferred it to my computer. While trying to open this file I get a error. So my first line of thought is to delete it.

Anyways long story short, I tried everything I could think of. And still to no avail. I was about ready to just hammer my drive to death but I remembered something about winrar. They do the impossible.

Which file is it exactly that you can't delete? The folder or the compressed file?

lol I've already deleted it using winrar

funny thing is I tried using cmd, and unlocker but it wouldn't go away... but winrar did the trick
