At my job we have a Wireless network, which I am the one who take care of it (Changing password, changing names, etc). I was having trouble with charging a YouTube video so I did a SpeedTest on a wired PC and on my cellphone.

Turned out the wired connection would get about 20mbps and my cellphone only 0.1mbps

I tried Wifi Analyser and switched my wirelless to another channel and I get about 1.5mbps

What should I do next to get a better speed?

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

It could be one of a huge variety of things.

You may be very far away from the access point. You may have a large amount of interference (especially if you're in an office block with other businesses). You may have too many clients on the access point. The settings on the access point or router may be bad.

Without quite a lot more detail, it's hard to tell you why it's slow.
