LOCAL USER DISSAPPEARED HELP

I know this isnt really LinusTechTips forum related, but I don't know where else to go. 

 

Ok so I logged in today around 5:30pm, atleast I tried until it said "You have been signed in with a temporary profile." After a good few minutes of going WTF I naturally googled for around 30 min to find solutions. Basically I deleted the file at the last step in order to (supposedly) fix my issue and log into my user account. However, now its dissapeared, like i can't log onto it at all, its just not there. All my files are still on the PC and the user is actually still there in C:\Users , but I just litterally can't log onto it. Im currently on a built in-administrator profile and will try any solutions or theories (that don't crash my system), however i'm just wondering what I did wrong.

Look at the SIDs and see if one has your actual profile path. If that SID has .bak extension at the end, you will need to remove that extension.
