Total frame drop/Slow disk speed

Hi

I sometimes have a total frame drops in my 2TB hdd

This is the results from the DiskMark:

So an IO bottleneck? What's the SMART data on it like? (If you need to check, Piriform Speccy is good.)

I had this problem with my 1TB WD Green drive, the solution was buying an ssd (or at least a faster HDD - 7200rpm)
