I need a new HDD for my games since my 640GB has been not big enough for a long time. I was thinking of getting like a 4 or 5 TB drive but I can't descide what one to get. Some drives have 64MB of cache and others have 128MB of cache. Is it worth it to get a bigger cache on the HDD or does it not matter?

it makes no difference. Larger drives often have larger caches because of the way that the cache is used. Basically, when a disk reads memory, the first sectors that are read were not requested by the OS. These sectors gets temporarily stored in the cache. It will not make any real world performance if you have a larger cache.
