Question about certain certification

I wondered what the TÜV Rheinland certification means on the back of my Asus VS24AH?

here you go, i didnt bother to read all of it but its basically a company that hands out a certification if your product meats there standards in enviromental aspects and safty and all that stuff

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
