DX11 is bundled with every Window 7 and over, you don't need to install it.

I was pointing out to OP who claimed they were getting an "audio file" that I was getting something else. And if what they were getting is really an audio file from Microsoft's site, I'd be more worried about what's going on with their computer than not having DX11.

just reinstalled windows i didnt have winrar, When when i extract it its a audio file beacuse the link he posted was "

Well again, if you have Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, you already have DirectX 11. Windows 10 probably has a backwards compatibility thing going on.

 

Either way, most games that use DirectX 11 come with an installer in the off chance it's not up to date or something. At least, that's what I want to think.
