my phone is stuck on the android boot screen

how can i recover my data?

unfortunately if its stuck in a boot loop the OS has become corrupted, which means it will be very difficult to get the data back. I would take it to a phone repair shop to see if they can get the data of it before you attempt to factory reset it.

i had this problem with my HTC One M7 once after flashing a ROM. i got all my data off of it through ADB sideload, maybe you could try that?

If your phone is rooted you can install a custom recovery and flash the stock rom or any stock based rom for your phone without clearing the data partition, is advised to clear it but you don't have too. If you're only after data i assume pictures etc. then most custom recoveries allow to mount to a PC via cable and give access to your file with no system partition.  What phone do you have? @olsenproductions
