Audio Issues

My pc broke because my old hdd died

I bought a ssd

Reinstalled windows 10 on it and its licensed

the audio from the rear jacks doesnt work with my headphones

Im using the hyperx cloud 

I dont know how to get audio drivers but my headphones are detected by windows

halp

Sound doesnt come through

My front audio jack is powering my headphones both my HyperX cloud and my earbuds, but its distorted. But the rear audio jacks detect my headset as speakers but sound doesn't come through them when its detected in windows and the headset does work on my phone.
