Hi everyone,

I have a quick question. For work, my employer uses Team eHub, which requires the use of Microsoft Silverlight. At work, everything is fine with their Windows 7 machines, but at home I cannot access the site. I have downloaded Silverlight, but cannot seem to get Edge, Explorer, Mozilla, or Chrome to work with the Silverlight application. I get the alert that it is no longer going to be supported, but is it not supported within Windows 10. I think I'd be wrong assuming Windows 10 should support other Microsoft applications and software.

I'm currently trying to dig up my old laptop for Windows 7. Has anyone else had Silverlight issues with Windows 10, and is there a workaround?

Thanks in advance.

My telephone company offers as part of my whole phone + Internet package a subscription to its own streaming service that uses Silverlight. I tried to get it to work with Chrome, but I always got the same "You need to install Silverlight" image. Installing the package provided by that website in question didn't help, but the service worked like a charm in Internet Explorer 11 after I installed the version provided by Microsoft itself.

I don't remember if I needed to update the package through Windows Update before I could use it, though.
