is it possible to put to NVIDIA cards in the same system if the motherboard doesn't support SLI, like is ther a way to use two cards together or would i need a different motherboard.

Define "use". If you mean having both for gaming, then no, you need SLI (or a great DX12 game) for it to work.

 

For other tasks, however, you can do it regardless of SLI support. So long as your app has support for multiple GPUs, obviously.
