I enabled fast boot.is there any way to desable it?

You enabled fast boot in the bios or you enabled secure boot in windows 8/10

If you enabled it in the bios you are going to need to remove the CMOS battery, its a small coin cell watch battery on the motherboard. Youtube them. Remove for about 5 minutes and reinsert and your entire bios will reset

This is not a proper way of reseting your CMOS settings. Do not teach people to do stuff you most likely don't really understand yourself, please.

Hmm i did it and it worked

Of course it worked. However next time you want to reset your BIOS/UEFI settings I recommend you consult your mobo's technical documentation on how to do that properly. It lowers the chance of you accidentally breaking something not to mention it's as simple as using a screwdriver's tip to connect two pins or pressing a button on a mobo.

And last but not least. IF your mobo supports fast boot then it definitely has to have another way to enter BIOS/UEFI settings, once you enable that option. Probably you simply had to press a button on your mobo (labeled DirectKey or something).
