New pc not installing windows help

Hey so basicly i built a new pc and when i try to install windows after it completes hetting finished it says that the pc needs to restart and when it restarts the setup starts all over again and asks me to type my key and select drive again.it just carries on doing it.i tryed 6 times and the loop just carries on.please help.i really wanna use my pc

Did you install it using an usb iso? or the cd?

You made sure it's installing windows on your hdd and after you are taking out the usb iso?

When do i take out usb?

It might be booting off the iso instead of your drive. You can change that in boot priorities in your bios.

try that it might be that it booting off that as default.

That's weird. Something might be wrong with your hard drive if it keeps looping like that. I don't have enough experience to recommend anything else. You might wanna repost the topic under troubleshooting.

Please don't suggest crossposting. If anythin , mod can move this if its needed.

 

As for issue. Make sure its not minor hw issue by re-checking cables. Its not likely to be completely dead drive either since you can select it as install location. But its possible that dtive has faults or USB is corrupted. Or both.
