The 8320 would be better since it is cheaper, and with a good cooler you can usually oc then to even beat a 8370, but I would highly not recommend any AMD fx cpu until zen releases.

 

Also make sure your motherboard can support an 8core cpu, lower end motherboards without a 970/990 chipset might overheat the vrms, or catch fire.

They're the same chip essentially just the 8370 is overclocked and neither is particularly good for gaming

Or for anything at all. The i3 6100 beat the FX 6300 significantly even in rendering. I don't think the 8370 performs much better.

The best option would be to change the motherboard and go for something newer like a haswell i3/i5 you will see huge performance differences, am3+ is five years old now, and your motherboard will not support an 8320/8370.
