Hello I have a problem. We own an internet cosmetic store and someone is faking the visits on the website. At this point we are afraid that google will refuse to provide us their ad services or will shut down the ad completely. How do we adress it what do we do? At this poimt we generate 20k visits a day that's insane! Pls help!

How do you know people are "faking hits".

I can see a certain pattern in the hits. 1. The store is in Lithianian and we don't send to Phillipines. Yet we get 20k hits a day from Phillipines. 2. They are oftenly connected to non google fishy sites and when we banned some ip's they didn't stop the IP just changed. 3. As we sell only in Lithuania I would have no idea why a customer would check this site from Phillipines yet if he got banned why would he chamged the IP to check the site that doesn't even ship to Phillipines. 4. Tons of clicks with the same IP address.

 

So I assume they are fake. Probably hoping that I'll open the links behind the hits and get my PC infected. Which is not happening. I will investigate em with noscript max security and under the ESET's secure browser so I would not get infected. Maybe even from a virtual machine...
