Most of that is good I am guessing you will overclock the 6600k to 4.5ghz. I would reccomend you spend a bit more on your motherboard so you can get faster ram

You cannot overclock on a B150 motherboard (only Z170s) and that power supply lacks in quality. If I were you, I'd ramp that CPU up to a i7 6700K and shoot for something such as this:

Air cooling is going to be quieter since it lacks the additional noise of the pump that comes with AIOs. You should get a decent overclock with it. The SSD itself is solid.

As far as the build goes in terms of performance, I wouldn't be surprised if you pushed past 100FPS on Overwatch at 1440p max settings. The game loves CPU horsepower so that's where the i7 6700K comes in.

It's also possible to retain performance whilst making it a bit cheaper:

Idk if the cooler is better or not.

8GB of RAM, whilst considered the minimum nowadays is plenty.

The PSU is still fine in terms of wattage and quality.

As far as RAM goes, I'd suggest 16GB for streaming anyway.

The thing with CAD is that you will need as many cores on a CPU as possible and also as much ram as possible. I use my PC for CAD and I find that I am scraping by on larger projects in terms of CPU and RAM usage. An SSD for file storage is essential, I'm running my CAD programs off a WD Black Drive but even that is too slow.

Bascially an outline is:

1. 6 core or more CPU

2. 32 GB ram recommended

3. Any SSD dedicated for file and CAD program storage

(those recommendations are for larger CAD projects like a full complex construction with electrical and plumbing or terraforming.)

Smaller projects like a house can run fine off your currently listed planned build.

I suck a typing, preparw for typos.

Why not? It's the cheapest one and allows for 32GBs of RAM to fit in that budget. Also, the cooler and the PSU should be fine.

If the intention is to do no overcloking choose a non-k sku.

A fitting white/black build.

PCPartPicker part list

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($408.98 @ DirectCanada)
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC12LS_BK 53.3 CFM CPU Cooler  ($47.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($65.99 @ NCIX)

^You're overpaying for your mobo just to have those white stripes on the ram slots and PCI lane.

Memory: Kingston FURY 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($87.99 @ Newegg Canada)

^Wanted to go with these white sticks but can't seem to find a 2x8gb version
Storage: OCZ TRION 150 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($84.99 @ Newegg Canada)

^Not as good as the EVO but it's a good entry level SSD(better than the Adata SP550), the fact that it's white is just a bonus
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($64.36 @ DirectCanada)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Dual Series Video Card  ($566.40 @ shopRBC)

Power Supply: EVGA BQ 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($78.11 @ DirectCanada)
Total: $1508.35

Went with a K cpu cuz it's just ~$11 more compared with the 6700 non-K and has higher clocks. Also allows for OC'ing in the future by getting a Z170 board.
