PC Freezing and BSOD

Ever since i updated windows 10 to the new update ive had nothing but problems, ive had to re-install windows 10 because of the update but now im getting freeze's and BSOD the error codes i get are KERNAL_SECURITY_CHECK FAILURE and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

i havent changed any of my hard for 6 months and everything was fine till the update 

ive trying reinstalling my graphics drivers 

and everything is up to date 

 

my specs are 

i7 4790k

msi z97 krait 

2x 970s

try using something like ccleaner to clean the left over registries, also idk why or how but making Edge and all the windows software ie. photo viewer, groove music etc as my default software solved it

ok thanks ill give them a try, really sucks when i need my pc for my job and its just one problem after another

Still got a blue screen seems to only happen while playing games this time i got the message KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
