I have a new graphics card coming in and i want to reinstall windows, i know about DDU but it doesnt seem to work for me. so i am NOT going to use it. Does the "Refresh this pc" work well in windows 10? OR should i completely reinstall the whole OS from a USB?

i would completely reinstall the whole os from a usb stick every time. i guess "refreshing" works kinda fine but i don't feel as "clean" when i do it that way.

Would secure erasing my ssd also be a wise choice? i think i did that for this install.
