Lenovo G505 Laptop Problems

So basically, I have a Lenovo g505 laptop and literally yesterday it was working fine and faster than ever as I upgraded it to Windows 10. Today the laptop refuses to stay powered on, it says 'Lenovo' and try's to boot into Windows but after about 5-20 secs it restarts. I have tried changing positions of ram, taken one stick out (I upgraded it with another 4GB stick about a year ago), I have also tried a cmos reset, still no luck. Also I would like to point out that it isn't Windows because when I go into the bios, it still shuts off randomly, even without the hard drive installed. Although it has successfully booted into Windows a few times, it still shuts off after a minute

UPDATE: it doesn't even show any signs of life apart from power lights and overheating plastic
