Uber crap PSU, but if you're selling it, not a big deal. Just keep in mind when pricing it that the PSU is utter garbage and will have to be replaced in fairly short order by whoever buys it.

A used GPU under $40, huh? Whereabouts are you located? If there are any secondhand PC shops or thrift stores around, you might luck into a deal there. I came across a $40 Sapphire Radeon HD7770 GHz Edition, and it holds up in games about as well as the 750 Ti it took over for did. The GTX 260 can usually be had for about that price, and those can still keep up with C2Q-friendly games today. I doubt you'll find much Kepler worth writing home about, unless you consider GT 710s and 730s to be worth writing home about, but the GTX 5XX and 6XX series might have something to offer.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
