Guys, I've been planning to do a budget build for my cousin. I've been thinking recently what cooler (should be air cooler lol) should I use?

Hyper 212 EVO or 212x. Get the 212x if the price difference is less than 5$, else the EVO is good enough.

It should come with the Wraith cooler (make sure it says so). You don't need an aftermarket one.
