Fallout 4 spec help

Just a quick question before i purchase fallout 4

 

I have it on console but want to move it to PC so 2 things 

 

1: Will i be able to run it MAX settings (no MSSAA or what ever it is called don't need it) with a 6500 and a 1060?

2: Is there any added benefits besides graphical improvements to the game that the PC has that console doesn't?

1. Yes, at 1080p

2. Mouse (useful if you don't want to abuse VATS all day), console command, mods

Not sure about anything added to the game, unless you like mods (you're new to pc so you might, I never got into them)

60, 120 or 144Hz (possible fps) monitors makes it look great, although being at 60 already you probably won't care
