So I've never built a PC before but have done hours of research and watched several PC builds. I have a podcast I've been streaming for the last 13 weeks http://einsteinskryptonite.com/ (Sorry had to take advantage of a back link)

The problem is we've been using iphones to record to facebook live by piping in our mixer audio to the stream via iphones. Now we have an actual video switcher which is the Roland V-1 HD. From what I'm seeing a lot of people use a dedicated PC for livestreaming. Its hard for me to find builds that consist of just a livestream setup, as most are gaming rigs as well, which my PC will NOT be used for games.

We need to take the video switcher, which has HDMI output and pipe it though a PC.

-The PC needs to have a good capture card that can handle 60FPS 1080p since that's what our switcher can output.

-We need to be able to stream to youtube and facebook at the same time.

-Needs to handle dual monitors

-Needs to handle surfing the web and playing a video on the streams

-Needs to be compact enough I can easliy travel with it.

-I have a $500 budget for this build

-Also I'd like it to handle skype calls while streaming and surfing the web, but this isnt necessary.

-Needs to record each episode as well

Again it's not for gaming. We dont need a video card, or a machine that can handle heavy duty editing. If we edit anything it will only be minor and we only edit on rare occasions.

I need help with parts that are compatible with each other. I like AMD CPUs from what research I've done but I'm no expert. I need this rig 2 weeks latest, so help would be appreciated. I'm also pretty confident I can build this thing as well.

My gathering of parts:

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/28rp2R

CPU: Intel Core i5-6400 2.7GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($179.99 @ SuperBiiz)

You mentioned AMD processors, but I don't know much about them. The integrated GPU on this one is solid. I'm sure there are recent AMD offerings with integrated graphics such as the A10 series, but the high end ones are not even that much cheaper than the i5 and they supposedly run hot. Personally, I simply don't make builds with them because I've had bad experience with them years ago and can't be bothered anymore. If anyone with AMD CPU knowledge comes around, they may be able to tell you more.
Motherboard: ASRock H110M-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($61.98 @ Newegg)

It's on sale. It has the ability to plug in wifi antennas if you want. Has a DVI-D and HDMI port for dual monitor use.
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($30.98 @ Newegg)

I'd want a second stick in there, but the budget is tight as it is.
Storage: Western Digital Blue 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($89.99 @ Newegg)

Good quality drive to store your recordings. Having an SSD would be nice as a boot drive and for programs, but not within this budget.
Case: Cooler Master Elite 110 Mini ITX Tower Case  ($32.98 @ Newegg)

Small, portable, decent airflow. Traveling should be no problem.
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($29.99 @ Newegg)

Decent enough quality and cheap as fudge.
Other: Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro, 1080p60, H.264, PCIe ($164.95)

The capture card that can handle 1080p at 60Hz you asked for. They don't come cheap.

Total: $590.86
