Help with motherboard

Changed my Biostar TA970u3+ to asrock 970 extreme 3 and pretty much ever since then my audio has been mute the only audio that works is the hdmi.

 

Things i've done to try to get my mic and headphones back up running: 

Update drivers 

Disable and change drivers

Change drivers with different update versions

Changed the default settings in my bios for the HD audio 3 times (Enable,Disable,Auto)

Tried plugging it in literally all available ports on PC including the back and front

Tested to see if it was the headphones and it works in other devices.

Plugged just the headphone instead of using the little mic and headphone pieces still no audio

What it looks like when plugged to the back. Says front and back panels are connected

 

For some reason even when they're no cables plugged it still detects Center/Subwoofer Speaker out on the back panel.

Could it be that you have a headset that uses seperate jacks for mic and headphone? My friend had same trouble with same sound card/driver. He ended up using a USB headsets as a mic and use his jack headphones for sound. I just think it's realtek HD at this point. I think I have realtek in my mobo too, though the driver looks different and hasn't had any trouble with it.
