Help With pc startup

Ok well so I wanted to reset my pc but when I did it said that window could not refresh pc no changes have been made, so I went into the USB troubleshoot start up thing and then tried to reset it there but it said it didn't work so when that happend I tried to turn on my pc. Then my pc had this error when starting up.

In standard cmos features, or advanced bios features.

Troubleshooting a pc will make you believe in gremlins.
