sooooooooo i want to build this for my mom its a workstation and light gaming pc the reason for it being like 500 doallers is because i wanted to get the parts its also the budget here is the pc

You may only have the budget now for the Celeron, but don't get it. Trust me. At least get an i3. The Celeron will be bare minimum, and everything will run sluggishly.

i7 4790k | GTX 970 | 16GB

That's all you need to know. It's a beast.

If you're just going to do light gaming, then don't waste money on a graphics card. The integrated GPU of the i3 is quite powerful, as proven in this video:

 

That leaves you plenty for a decent PSU and an SSD to make it nice and fast.
