GTX 660 question

So, I recently purchased a gtx 660 on ebay. It was labeled as a gtx 660 ti (which as you know is a more powerful card). I purchased the card for 90 USD. I contacted the seller and he said he was sorry and give me a full refund for the card. I was just wondering if you guys think that I should return it or is 90 dollars a good price for a 660. The card is the strix edition and I plan on using it in an under 350 dollar build. My customer plans on using it for playing newish games like DOOM on console quality setting and e-sports titles. Thank you for your time.

P.S. if you think that I should return it, what is a decent gpu alternative around 100 usd? (a 7850?)

that is a little high just saw one go for about 50$ but see if he will give you 30$ off

Thank you. He said that he would rather me just return the card than give me any money back. So, I purchased a different card and I am returning this one.
