nvm, looks like it will only get me medium or maximum settings.

Does anyone know if there are better cpus that will fit on MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 ?

You are better off saving up for an i5/i3.... That CPU will do for now....

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy a either gtx 1060 or rx480 when they are finally in stock.

My older pc uses amd a10-5800K cpu so I was wondering if it would be adequate for these gpus.

I think a rx480 would already getting bottlenecked. A 1060 is 100% too much

Budget Rig "Curable":     | FX 6300 @4.5Ghz | Asus R9 270x | Asus Crosshair IV Extreme | 16GB HyperX Beast | 120GB PNY SSD

Tablet "Buddy":                 Trekstor Wintron 10.1|

AMD's sub-par IPC will be a bottleneck, but I don't believe it will be a major one...

You'd get bottlenecked but you'll still get an upgrade from the integrated gpu. A better gpu still gives you a higher boost than a better cpu in games.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨
