Bottleneck

Is possible that 4 Titan X and A 5960X will have a bottleneck

Not really a bottleneck per se.. But 4 Titan X cards are not much of an enjoyable experience according to Luke:

In the conclusion he talked about the stuttering that occurred while gaming and how it made the experience worse.

You're honestly better off spending less or at least spending your money differently (like getting a Broadwell-E CPU and two Titan XP cards or something like that)

Wait, uh... Why do you need for Titan X's exactly? Rather get one/two TitanXP's if you need a lot of power.

Nothing.
