What is your intended use for this build?

Casual computer use like Web surfing & Microsoft word. I also do some photo and video editing.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for?

Right now I would be gaming on a resolution of 1920x1080, but I would like to upgrade to 4k soon. I don't want my computer to limit the games I can play. I would like high to medium settings with the lowest fps being around 45.

What is your budget?

$1300 is my max budget.

Other/miscellaneous 

I want my computer to be as quiet as possible, and cool as possible. Aesthetic don't matter a whole lot to me. I am planning to so SLI later so I want to keep that door open. I would like my PC to be on the smaller side but that isn't necessary.If you could recommend better parts but stay within budget I would appreciate it. Thank you.

This looks great, not much I can really reccommend, but you did a great job deciding parts for this build. A 1070 should do a great job of 1080p gaming, or even 2k. 4k is great but doesnt offer the great refresh rates 2k does. Id reccomend a 2k over a 4k since those refresh rates are really going to give you the best experience.

Render? 720p30fps is a 1:1 ratio, 1 minute per 1 minute of footage.
